This turkey was excellent! Very moist and I got rave reviews from my mom who has made many. It would be helpful to clarify the timing. For bigger birds, is it 2 hours + an additional 15min per pound + an hour at high temp? Or just a total of 15 min per pound extra and work backward including the hour at high temp? I had a 22 lb bird so I did 4 h...
