Reviewed Corn Muffins with Bacon Bits and Cheddar Cheese
"Excellent. Following the advice of other reviewers I added two teaspoons of sour cream. Also substituted green onion chopped very finely for chives. Wonderful flavor and texture and to those that said the corn muffin was too crumbly.... I have to say what? It was a perfect texture to compliment the cheese and bacon textures.
