WOW! These are great! I made these last night and they were so easy to make. I doubled the recipe and used canned tuna, added 1 Serrano pepper and cayenne pepper to the mix which gave it a real spicy kick. I did not have breadcrumbs so I also substituted that for crushed saltine crackers. I will be saving this recipe and making it often! Thanks ...
