Reviewed Perfect Crispy Potatoes
"These potatoes were delish! I followed the recipe exactly and some how they stuck to the bottom of the skillet but that's alright, they were still very tasty and fluffy inside while crispy outside. It's probably my old skillet. I will try a different one next time I make these yummy fluffy potatoes! Since it was just my hubby and I, I used 2 potatoes and it was more than enough. I will probably make these again, they'll be great for breakfast too w some eggs and bacon!

Reviewed Fennel and Cabbage Slaw
"Fantastic!!! I was skeptical because I'm not a big fan of coleslaw but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. I loved it! I too added an additional 2 strips of bacon to the recipe, so tasty! I highly recommend it. I will make this on a weekly/monthly basis (minus the extra bacon, ha!), so delicious and light. Thanks to another "foody" below, I found the fennel easily because it also goes by the name of Anise.

Reviewed Crispy-Skinned Chicken a l'Orange
"I woke up Sunday morning and watched this episode on TV...instantly I was inspired to make this for dinner. The bone-in and skin-on chicken breasts were no where to be found at the first store I went to but found it at an organic store and it was actually pricey, about $7 per chicken breast, they were huge though (1 lb. each) and well worth it! Great chicken recipe, easy to make, and super tender and juicy! Will definitely make it again, perhaps a dinner party!
