Reviewed Fresh Pear and Fig Mixed Green Salad
"I bought fresh figs and intended to make fig and apple salad, made this one with pear instead. Glad I did!! Served as 4 small salads to company. I made half the dressing and still had plenty left over for future use. I did not have lemon extract, and did not need, the lemon curd really makes the dressing. Can't wait to use the rest. ""
