"This was a great recipe. I've made Julia Child's recipe and this rivals it, with less prep work. I overcoked it a bit but I just made sure there was enough sauce to help cover. Our company seemed to really enjoy t, as did my kids! The next day we ran out of wine to moisten and I secretly added a little diet soda. Shhh... It was absolutely fantastic..."

Reviewed Banana Cream Pie with Caramel Drizzles and Chocolate Sauce
"It's funny. I made this recipe about 14 years ago and to-date I still remember this as the most decadent and wonderful Banana Cream Pie...EVER! I remember that the filling was rich and creamy and the texture and taste of the crust made this a favorite. I will be making this for the 2nd time, this year. I don't know why I waited so long! Seriously.

I love good food. To me, every scrumptious morsel counts and when dining out, it is never lost with me! I have always been a foodie. Think I jest? At the age of 10, I ordered Escargot over a kid's hot dog at a fancy restaurant and adored it so much that I ordered a second order!
I love making sweet treats but give me an appetizer, or a main meal (along with a great bottle of wine) and I am a happy girl!
