My Activity

Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

"Have really enjoyed this a few times now. I add a little more salt than the recipe calls for. Best warm, but good cold too.

Reviewed Bistro-Style Short Ribs

"Love this. I added soy sauce instead of salt, and it's so yummy with rice or mashed potatoes. I don't often cook meals that require 3 hrs of cooking time, so I made a larger batch. Glad I did -- we are so looking forward to leftovers. Thanks, Tyler!

Reviewed Squash-Shiitake Stuffing

"I really wanted to like this but didn't. Good thing I halved the recipe and made my usual stuffing along side of this.

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"Terrific results for a 16 lb, $7 frozen young turkey. Moist and flavorful throughout, but the breast was pale upon reaching 161F. Next time I'll remove the foil before it's done to get even browning and the crisp skin. I was worried that the dark meat wouldn't cook through when the breast reached 161F - not a problem. Followed directions, lowest rack & legs in the back. Yes, woo-hoo to no more basting and flipping turkeys over during baking!!!
