This was my first time cooking salmon and I have to say I was a bit worried about messing the poaching up, but I found it really simple and it tasted great! The basil cream was to die for!

Very delicious recipe. The lemon makes it light and fresh and goes really well with the pea pesto croustinni! Just be careful if you decide to double the recipe, either add more stock or lessen the amount of lemon juice. Over all, this is my favorite soup!

When I first saw this episode I was like "Huh? What? PEA pesto?". It sounded so unusual, I HAD to try it and when I did I thought it was amazing! I find it great as a light lunch or quick snack!

I loved this cake. I've now made it several times for my friends and comes out perfect each time. Just be careful with the zest in the syrup, it's a little too lemony for my liking so I reduced the amount.

This has become my new favorite recipe! The white wine completes it, in my opinion! The shrimp goes perfectly with the sauce. Very, very, very YUMMY!

The cake was moist, and extremely flavorful - corn meal gave it a great texture and the zest gave it a great tang. The sauce was creamy and delicious. All in all, I highly recommend trying it!
