Best turkey ever, but I see that the version dated 2011 omits all the aromatics. Most recently I have been making that version and haven't missed the good stuff in the cavity much. If you want to short cut a little, you can skip the aromatics and just do the brining. It's magic - so tender and tasty and not a dry breast in the house!""
