Reviewed Good Eats Meatloaf
"Too much work for a simple meatloaf that is dry. Saucing only covers up the meat. Why use garlic croutons and 1# 2 oz. of 2 different beef products. This is not a user friendly recipe for a home cook who needs to get a meal on the table in a limited amount of time. ""
"Nothing more than a twist on a Philly Steak sandwich. There are many shorcuts to the same end and I don't have the time to spend more than 5 hours making a sandwich. I could prepare a 3 course dinner in that amount of time. ""
Reviewed Summer Gazpacho
"Too bad the recipe doesn't match the picture."
Reviewed Spaghetti with Seafood
"This is boring, tasteless and a very poorly written recipe. If I wanted to ruin fish, I could do that by leaving it out on a warm afternoon."
"You can use a plastic bucket, but a crock works much better even if it is an old-fashioned bean pot. Make sure that it is covered very well and weighted down. It does take a while depending on how much cabbage you are using. When you remove it, it needs to be rinsed and then packed into a jar or jars and should then be heated to seal the jars and kill the bacteria. Be careful, because refridgeration doesn't kill the bacteria nor does the heating in a skillet because it is not at a high enough temperature"

"Please learn how to clean fresh mushrooms and also learn a faster way to cut the corn off the cob.
