My Activity

Reviewed Tarragon Potato Salad

"Very tasty & refreshing. I'd go with one tbsp. of lemon as it dominates the flavors & add 1 tbsp of dijon. The fresh tarragon peeks thru nicely. Looking forward to trying it with my baked chipotle salmon before summer ends."

Reviewed Burger of the Gods

"Great tasty slider! Pain to grind meat then clean food processor. I did add more 2tsp. more salt plus 2tsp. garlic powder & 2tsp onion powder. Men in my life loved it! I used Bobby Flay's chipotle mayo recipe. "

Reviewed Stuffed Zucchini: Zucchini Ripieni

"Surprisingly good! Use 8 zucchini to use up all sauce. Chiffonade the mint. THE MINT MAKES IT WORK! I topped the "boats" with Parmesan then bread crumbs. If not eating right after baking, then bake for only 15 min & reheat in toaster oven with bread crumbs."

Reviewed Zucchini Bread

"Not too sweet; good outer crust, moist & light inside. Great w/ modifications: 1/2 c oil & 1/2 yogurt instead of 1c oil; 1c sugar & 1c brown sugar instead of 3c sugar; 3 eggs not 4; don't sqeeze zucchini & omit 1/3c water. "
