Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

This soup was very very good. A few changes I made.....
4 cups of chicken broth and 2 cups water
2 cups of half and half instead of heavy cream
Added bite size pieces of Yukon Gold Potatoes

Delicious, but I would probably not make again because it's very time consuming. "

Very good, but a little too much like a brownie. After reading other reviews, I added an extra teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to avoid "flat" cookies. Instead of the espresso beans, I used about 2 tablespoons of instant coffee. "

I followed the directions with putting the cheese in the fridge and freezing them after the breading, but they were a little watery inside after frying. I still enjoyed them though.
