"You need to stir at the beginning until it starts to boil, then cover with lid for 2 minutes and you won't have wash down crystals on the side. Then don't stir and let it cook until the right color or temp however you're doing it. I just let it go until the color I wanted and continued from there. I thought it was very easy to do."

Reviewed Breakfast Cookies

"These were great! Did use 4 tbls of instant coffee and no coffee grounds. I did use King Arthur Flour's gluten free cookie mix, which is the best. You get to add whatever add ins you like so added a little bit of semi-sweet chips to make the chocolate chip cookie mix and added the bittersweet chips per recipe. Left out nuts as I prefer it that way"

Reviewed Espresso and Chocolate Jellies

"I thought the idea of this was good, but my husband couldn't eat it, said it was too strong. I think I will try this with a coffee pudding on top as I didn't like the jelly layer and I love anything coffee. It was definitely quick to make."
