"I simply do not understand all of the good reviews on this recipe. It was watery and all I could taste was the lime juice and cilantro. Flavor was just not good in general. If you want to make it I would suggest using way less lime and cilantro, add some cumin, and a little less chicken broth, but you are better off finding a different recipe. I am very disappointed with food network because they usually have great recipes!! I would probably only rate this a half a star if not less. I honestly will never make this again.
