"This recipe is over the top good. The gruyere absolutely makes it. Be aware that the cooking time as others have said is a little off, but it's reasonably close if the chicken is pounded to 1/4 inch thickness. This makes a great low carb dinner paired with steamed vegetables and a caesar salad."

"This recipe is simple to make and wonderful. The gravy is a great low carb alternative to flour gravy. Suggest cutting back both the grill time as well as the simmer time to keep the pork chops tender and juicy. Our version cut one third of the time off both, and the chops were fully cooked and very tender."

"This recipe is over the top good. Do not skip on the olives if you can find the brand in the recipe - they add just a hint of olive taste. Definitely use Panko bread crumbs. They add a flavor that sends the recipe into another dimension. There is no need to spend the cash on buffalo mozzarella - a ball of regular mozzarella is perfectly fine."
