5 stars with how I made it! I read the reviews and this is what I did:
1. added 1/2c of sugar to the crm. cheese and butter
2. added white chocolate chips to the entire batter
3. put in fridge for only an hour
4. put confect. sugar on my hands, rolled the balls (no sticking!
5. rolled in red sugar...

I'm giving this recipe 5*'s based on the changes I made. All white chocolate would have been too sweet for me, so here are my changes: 1lb. semi sweet chocolate and I added 1/8tsp of peppermint abstract to that after it was melted....let it cool in the fridge for an hour. There is just no other way to make a turkey! It is simply to die for. We were eating our turkey just plain it was so incredible and tasty! I made this recipe last year for the first time and it just doesn't disappoint! This is absolutely the only turkey recipe I will ever make from now on. My whole family agrees as well!

Yummy!!! Used 6 Gala apples (peeled and cored), 1T butter, 1T cinnamon (we love cinnamon) and 1/8c of sugar. Cooked for 30 minutes and put in my Vitamix! Smooth as "butta". Really, it is the most incredible applesauce.
