Reviewed Peppermint Bark

"I'm giving this recipe 5*'s based on the changes I made. All white chocolate would have been too sweet for me, so here are my changes: 1lb. semi sweet chocolate and I added 1/8tsp of peppermint abstract to that after it was melted....let it cool in the fridge for an hour. Then I topped it w/1lb. of white chocolate (all ghiradelli)! Added the cup of crushed candy canes to the white choc. after it melted. Absolutely incredible! Breaks right apart on the parchment paper. A new holiday staple.

Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole

"I made this last year and did not sample it as I was making it....big mistake because it was quite bland! This year it was killer! 1. added S&P, garlic and onion powder to the onions before I cooked them. 2. added 2 roasted garlics, garlic and onion powder and about a TBSP of sherry to the mushroom mixture....yummy! With these additions this is a 5 star recipe!

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"There is just no other way to make a turkey! It is simply to die for. We were eating our turkey just plain it was so incredible and tasty! I made this recipe last year for the first time and it just doesn't disappoint! This is absolutely the only turkey recipe I will ever make from now on. My whole family agrees as well!

Reviewed Applesauce

"Yummy!!! Used 6 Gala apples (peeled and cored), 1T butter, 1T cinnamon (we love cinnamon) and 1/8c of sugar. Cooked for 30 minutes and put in my Vitamix! Smooth as "butta". Really, it is the most incredible applesauce.
