"I always look for those recipes that I thought were so hard to make, yet when I actually find the recipe and make it, it wasn't so bad. This is one of those recipes. The recipe is not complicated at all, especially if you watch the video of Ina making it. I did get some burned edges but overall the presentation was beautiful and everyone thought it was so gourmet...the flavor amazing! I used regular Rum and it was just fine.

"This salad will make you look like a chef. People are always impressed when I make it, eventhough it's super easy and so tasty. Highly recommend it. It tastes great alongside chicken or stake!
