To make my husband happy I cooked him these pork chops since I am not a fan of pork chops. The pork came out tender and the gravy was perfect. The cayenne pepper gave it a little kick which was fine for him and I . This is something I would make quite often. "

We loved it. The first time I made it I overcooked it and didn't let it sit in the marinade after it was done so it didn't come out too good. Tried it again and it came out perfect. So tender and full of flavor. I also made sure to spoon some of the adobo sauce in the marinade and I chopped up the chipotle pepper too."

Reviewed Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

May 18, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

The recipe says to use a pork loin roast and not pork tenderloin as some people thought. I used a sirloin pork roast which was on sale and it came out excellent but was slightly dry. Maybe because of the cut of the meat or that I over cooked it to 160 degrees instead of 155. Next time I will use a pork loin end roast which is a combo of dark an"

I only had zucchini, sweet onion and green pepper, so I just used what I had. The dressing gave it a good flavor. What's good about the dressing is you can just use it on any kind of grilled vegetable that you have. I grilled mine on the grill. Next time I am going to cook this recipe with rice to put the vegetable over it."

Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Spinach and Pine Nut Pesto

Jul 7, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Loved this recipe. Great flavors with the lemon, spinach and toasted pine nuts. For a different variation I will also add fresh basil next time as someone else suggested. Maybe 1 1/2 cup spinach and 1/4 cup basil. Otherwise it was perfect the way it was. So easy to make too. Thanks Giada. "

Very easy to make. I didn't like it the first time I made it because it had a strong taste of lemons. So I gave it a second chance and I am glad I did because it came out just right. I did use less lemons this time.

I also used the non pareil capers. There are two kinds of capers and these are smaller in size and in my opinion...

Reviewed Chicken in Mustard

Apr 22, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

My husband and I do not like mustard so I hesitated to try this recipe. I'm glad I read the reviews and seen that it had 5 stars so I tried the recipe. It didn't have that strong mustard taste and was just delicious. The mushrooms in the sauce with the chicken was just perfect. This was an easy recipe and a keeper in my recipe box. "

Reviewed Sausage and Roasted Vegetable Penne

Dec 1, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe is deffinately a keeper. The roasted vegetables were so good that you could eat it just as a side dish if you wanted. The red peppers and sweet onions were nice and sweet with the mushrooms and zucchini. The roasted tomatoes popped open while cooking leaving the inside juice of the tomatoe to marinate over the other vegetable and pasta....
