Reviewed Pork Tenderloin with Seasoned Rub
"Easy to make. Tender and flavorful. We all enjoyed it."
Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops
"To make my husband happy I cooked him these pork chops since I am not a fan of pork chops. The pork came out tender and the gravy was perfect. The cayenne pepper gave it a little kick which was fine for him and I . This is something I would make quite often. "
Reviewed Grilled Pork Tenderloin
"We loved it. The first time I made it I overcooked it and didn't let it sit in the marinade after it was done so it didn't come out too good. Tried it again and it came out perfect. So tender and full of flavor. I also made sure to spoon some of the adobo sauce in the marinade and I chopped up the chipotle pepper too."
Reviewed Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed Black Bean Salsa
"Loved this recipe! Lots of flavor going on in this salsa. Fresh tasting and healthy too."
Reviewed Tacos Carne Asada
"Loved it! The pico de gallo was fresh tasting. We also ate it with guacamole too. This recipe is a keeper.""
Reviewed Grilled Vegetables
"I only had zucchini, sweet onion and green pepper, so I just used what I had. The dressing gave it a good flavor. What's good about the dressing is you can just use it on any kind of grilled vegetable that you have. I grilled mine on the grill. Next time I am going to cook this recipe with rice to put the vegetable over it."
Reviewed Grilled Chicken with Spinach and Pine Nut Pesto
"Loved this recipe. Great flavors with the lemon, spinach and toasted pine nuts. For a different variation I will also add fresh basil next time as someone else suggested. Maybe 1 1/2 cup spinach and 1/4 cup basil. Otherwise it was perfect the way it was. So easy to make too. Thanks Giada. "
