This was the flakiest,buttery crust I have ever made. I did make only have the recipe. I made it the day before and left it the refrigerator overnight. Then about 30 minutes before I rolled it out I took it out of the refrigerator.

I LOVE this bread. It is so easy to make. The only thing I did deferent was add some chopped walnuts instead of the blueberries. And I put it into 18 muffins tins. And baked it for 35-40 minutes."

The cheese was overpowering and did not melt. And while taking the choke out from the artichoke I destroyed it. Must be a better way. Giada's recipes are much better then this.

I haven't made the salmon before. But I have made the vegetables. I seen the recipe in Giada weeknight cookbook. It was super easy to make. And very delicious. I also added some brussels sprouts and carrots about 10 minutes before I added the edamame and snap peas."

I made this the other day. And it was delicious. Everyone loved it. The only thing I changed was the fennel. I substituted it for zucchini and yellow squash. Also I added some leeks to the pepper and squash layers. I roasted the vegetable in the oven instead of the grill. It's super easy to make.
