Reviewed chocolate-avocado mousse

Yummmmm. I think this is absolutely delish! It has a dark chocolate flavor. The consistency is creamy. Best of all, one gets the benefit of avocado & this is made without flour, sugar or eggs. I also love the use of almond milk vs dairy. A definite keeper in my house.

YUMMY, satisfying dish that can easily be meatless. With all the spices, I didn';t miss the meat @ all. I sauteed the spices with the softened veggies for a few minutes before adding the veg broth that aroma alone made me hungry! The "gravy" is a rich brown & tasty. I will most definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe."

Absolutely delish!!! The blend of spices is wonderful! I added the cayenne as suggested as an option, along w/ the soy & just a touch of fish sauce for saltiness. The only thing I would do differently would be to triple the recipe so I have lots of leftovers. Thank-you, catwolf!"

I LOVE this recipe. It is so different than a "regular" curry; so fresh tasting! Two of us devoured the entire dish. I could eat it for dessert I think! Forgive me for changing anything of the esteemed recipe creator (Keo), but I put the chili's, lemongrass & kaffir lime leaves in the blender with a little oil & water to make a paste which I th...

Although the flavor is good, I agree with the reviewers who felt the recipe was too wet. It was nearly impossible to form & maintain patties. Also, they are way too salty for me. I would use 1/2 the salt. "

Oooooh my is this ever delicious! I had a jalapeno on hand vs chili's, so added it (w/ seeds) & the heat was perfect. I can't imagine improving on this recipe in any way! It's healthy, inexpensive & sooo delicious! Thanx so much Yogi!"

Yummy dip, with nice texture. As previous reviewer mentioned, it seems too thin @ 1st, but thickens as it sits. We like things spicy, so next time I'll add some minced, raw jalapeno's &/or kick up the cayenne a bit. But, of course, that's personal taste. It's a keeper! Thanks Paula!"
