Alex knocked this recipe out of the park! The only thing I added was 1/4 cup of dry red wine to deglaze the pan after removing the chicken and adding the whole cumin seeds/chili flakes. I also like my chicken done-done, so I put the lid on my Dutch oven and simmered for one hour. Served it over rice, along with steamed zucchini. Delicious, eas"
