"This was so easy to make and so delicious. I made it as a side dish for chicken fajitas and black beans for a tex/mex style dinner and the fam loved it. My husband loves white rice but to me it's always a bit plain. This was just the perfect recipe to spice it up a bit. I definitely recommend this."
