I made these about a week and a half ago. They were an immediate hit, even with my husband that told me "I"m just not a biscotti person". LOL he ate his share! I'm off to make my second batch right now.""

Just had this for dinner. I'm not an asparagus fan so I used zucchini instead and added some sweet onion I had. This was fantastic! Like a reviewer before me, I can't wait to try other veggie combos for this. So easy to make. We didn't have leftovers, because we ate so much at dinner!!! Thanks again Giada!!"

I thought this was really good. The only thing I did different was I zested the lemon instead of having a longer strip. I wouldn't change anything. I already have family that want me to make it for their birthdays. "

I am glad I read the reviews before preparing this dish. I took out the peas and asparagus and kept the rest. I used canned artichoke hearts and I found that with the liquid from that and the diced tomatoes I did not use the veggie broth. Just watch the amount of liquids added. I thought it was a great meal. Would have given it 5 stars but I "

I just made this for our Mother's Day cookout. I wish I could have rated it higher! This was the best pasta caprese I have ever tasted! I am going to make this for my son's birthday party next month. And it will be my signature dish for every cookout and party this summer! You must make it with fresh, high quality mozarella. Again, I can't r"

Great recipe and easier than i thought it would be. Can't wait to have it again. I substituted a mix of nutritional yeast and flax seed meal for the cheese and soy milk instead of regular. My husband loved it!"

Great recipe and super easy to make, even with two little boys running around. I cut the ricotta by half and added half a block of tofu for protein and no one knew the difference. It was very filling so we have leftovers too. Will make it again"

This dish is WONDERFUL!!!! When I went to cook my chicken wasn't fully thawed so instead of rolling the chicken I cubed it. I also added two collard green leaves for some extra nutrition. I would recommend this dish rolled or cubed anytime. My husband kept saying, "I can't stop eating!" Needless to say there will be no leftovers of this yummy...
