Amazing! I followed this recipe to a "T" with the exception of using buttermilk rather than whole milk, and did need to bake it a little longer. This cake is so delicious...it's a keeper.

Delicious! This is a keeper! I didn't feel like grilling, so I sauteed the salmon. I tripled the sauce ingredients ( I prefer extra). I'm going to try the sauce with chicken and pulled pork. The sweetness and spicy flavors work well together. Give it a try!"

Delicious! I put all the ingredients in my magic bullet and enjoyed a refreshing cocktail.
The only draw back is that the minced mint leafs do float to the top. Best to keep a stir with
this drink."

Great flavors going on here - DELICIOUS!! I added a little more chipotle pepper, as I like heat.
The avocado cream is to die for ( I used sour cream and added a little salt and pepper to taste. As a "twist" the next batch I'll try with either diced chicken or shrimp. "

DELICIOUS! So many layers of wonderful flavor going on. I did not finish this dish in the oven, however, stove top worked just fine and added the cheese before serving and let it melt (creamier in my opinion. This is a fabulous recipe! I use a daisy shaped mold rather than the round form recommend and also double the recipe. I sprinkle a little lemon rind on top of the avocado to give it a stronger lemony flavor. The champagne vinaigrette makes all the difference...don't substitute!
I've made this over and over, it's a hit every time!"

Followed the recipe to a T and while it looked beautiful, once it cooled, the middle was "runny". Tasty, easy to make, nice rich moist texture, but remember to generously butter and FLOUR your pan, otherwise, it will stick. I used spray Pam with flour.....my cake wouldn't budge! I would cut back on the sugar by 3/4 of a cup. It doesn't require any additional topping since it's so rich.""

Super YUMMY. I omitted the flour, reduced the milk and chicken stock, double the gorgonzola cheese and used only 1 package of spinach. Okay, so I modified the recipe to my liking, but that's what you do with recipes. The flavors blend well, very savory...definitely a keeper to make over and over. ""

Sooo, delicious. The pastry has a lovely "slight" lemony flavor. My question is, is the vanilla bean really necessary. I think I'm going to try pure vanilla extract. The vanilla beans are way too expensive. When I saw Anne creating this on TV, I didn't notice that she had a second layer of apples. I followed the recipe to a T and had too...
