Reviewed Rosemary Grilled Chicken Thighs and Wild Mushroom Sauce
"Love this recipe. I personally love the grill taste along with the mushroom sauce. Used fresh white mushrooms instead but still steeped it in broth. I used one cube of chicken and one cube of beef to make it stronger in taste and more flavorful. Used oregano instead of Rosemary since my husband doesn't like how prickly Rosemary can be. For the chicken, I marinated it in olive oil, Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and Onion Powder (Love Onion Powder, I add it to everything). After I got done with the sauce, I added the undercooked chicken back into the dish and let it sit for a while before dinner time; by doing this, it is MUCH more flavorful. I apologize for changing so much of the recipe but I am used to tweaking recipes to make it my own. Thanks for the recipe.
