One of my go-to recipes. I can never fit this many vegetables in one 13x9 so I only use 2 peppers. I also use my own marinara and sprinkle a little mozz on top for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Delicious. I freeze the leftovers and use as another meal in the future!

Made these yesterday, they taste delicious but are burnt on the edges and I took them out after only 30 minutes. Had to cut off an entire inch around the edges and toss them. Watch them closely!""
