"The best way to eat Kale if you are not a huge fan of the bitterness. Like all other reviewers, be careful of the salt. Mine was a bit too salty so next time I will be a bit more careful. Also use a olive oil spray. Tossing it around in olive oil in the pan made it a bit too oily. I let it drain on a paper towel and that helped. I will definitely "

"I used this recipe today and the turkey turned out to be extremely juicy and flavorful. After cooking a 15 lb turkey for 2 1/2 at 275, I only had to put it in the oven to brown and reach the desired temp for only another 40 mins. I will definitely make turkey this way again."
