"My kids (8 and 11) and wife loved this! (As did I!) I didn't have any turkey in the house so I used chicken -- no big deal. I also didn't have any linguine so I used farfalle, which held on to the sauce nicely. I added extra firm organic tofu too, just for fun, and it worked perfectly (seared it in a skillet first). This is a very tasty dish! ""
