Reviewed Crustless Spinach Cheese Quiche

As recommended by other reviewers, I added more eggs (2 more) and omitted the flour. However, I kept the salt written for in the original recipe - next time I will omit this as well because it tasted way too salty. My quiche did not seem to set; it was very liquidy in the center despite baking for about 55 minutes. I probably would have benefitted"
