There has been some confusion about the amount of salt and pepper used in this recipe; not sure why as complete instructions are given but, the recipe states to use 1 quart of buttermilk plus 2 cups. This recipe was easy and the tortillas were fantastic. Using a scale to measure the flour gave these tortillas the perfect texture and using the food processor made it all very easy and much less time consuming than my grandmother's traditional way. I will never need another recipe. Fabulous!
