Buttery, sweet, slightly tangy with a nice bite from the nuts . I use a combination of walnuts/hazelnuts/pecans...depending on what's on sale or what I want to use up. ""

"I'm making this right now with about half of the mint (because that's all I have in my herb garden right now) and the syrup is DELICIOUS. "Very good. Added half of a seeded, minced jalepeno with the veggies, used half homemade pork stock (had on hand), and doubled the carrot, garlic, and thyme. We will enjoy this alllll week :) Might blend about a quarter of it to make it creamier.
"Just made this for my boyfriend. I've finished and he keeps eating more and more! For the sauce, I used a raw jalapeno that I chopped and sauteed slightly. I also added a few tablespoons of vinegar and used homemade chicken broth. YUMMM! Easy, cheap, flavorful, and filling.

"This is cooking now....but I'm rating this on how easy it was! I used my mom's homemade sauce and just added crushed red pepper. I'm also are trying reduced fat ricotta and about half of the cheeses. The aroma is torturing us! Yummm
A city raised 20 something year old adjusting in a new, more rural town - oven mitt in hand. I'm a bartender with a knack for making great martinis, but I'm known for my cooking amongst friends and family. All I can say is THANK GOD for Tyler Florence, The Neelys, & Bobby Flay! Shhh, they're my secret ;)
