Reviewed Lentil Soup
"Very good. Added half of a seeded, minced jalepeno with the veggies, used half homemade pork stock (had on hand), and doubled the carrot, garlic, and thyme. We will enjoy this alllll week :) Might blend about a quarter of it to make it creamier.
Reviewed Chicken Fried Pork with Sweet Jalapeno Sauce
"Just made this for my boyfriend. I've finished and he keeps eating more and more! For the sauce, I used a raw jalapeno that I chopped and sauteed slightly. I also added a few tablespoons of vinegar and used homemade chicken broth. YUMMM! Easy, cheap, flavorful, and filling.

"This is cooking now....but I'm rating this on how easy it was! I used my mom's homemade sauce and just added crushed red pepper. I'm also are trying reduced fat ricotta and about half of the cheeses. The aroma is torturing us! Yummm
