"I saw this recipe on one of Alton Brown's shows about 3 or 4 years. And have never ever tasted a more moist bird in my life, no joke!! This is the only way to really enjoy the holidays: It's simple so simple my kids even love to help with the whole process. My family and I will never eat a turkey any other way EVER AGAIN!!! : <3
