Too much lemon. My 2 lemons made 1/2 cup and common sense told me that was too much but I tried it anyway.

Love this egg and kale breakfast dish. I served fresh tomato salsa on the side. I will probably make this often.

Surprise, surprise--even my husband liked this salad. I did add some honey to the dressing. It was good the next day because the kale and brussel spouts do not wilt quickly. Will make again as these raw veggies are so good for you.

This is my new go-to meatloaf. It must be the grassfed ground buffalo and veal that sets this easy and delicious meatloaf apart from many other recipes. I loved the addition of fresh rosemary, carrots and celery instead of the usual red and green peppers. I have made cheaper meatloaf but never better. Thanks Nancy. I love the show.

THE BEST. I added about a cup or so of coarsely chopped walnuts because I like nut in all breads and cookies. This bread is absolutely perfect."

Sugar does make for better. I had never heard of adding sugar to eggs as well as other food until I moved to the south. This recipe makes for good eggs. We Southerners do like our "dressed eggs"........"

Tasty and easy. I used thighs instead of legs. I baked at 350 for about an hour until the skin was brown and crispy. We loved the flavor. (I brined my thighs for several hours because I always brine my chicken.)"

So Good. I used poblano peppers instead of green bell and used red pepper flakes instead of chili powder. I added more liquid because I like my beans soupy. I figure they will be more like bake beans the second day. We really enjoyed this flavorable dish.

WONDERFUL PASTA SALAD

We loved this salad and plan to serve it often. My husband even ate the brocolli. HOWEVER, the pasta water needs LOTS OF SALT in order to flavor the pasta and the vegetable!! Water needs to taste salty before adding the pasta!!"

GREAT MARINADE

My family loved this. I served it with Jamie's Bowtie Pasta Salad which is delicious. Had all ingredients on hand and found this meal to be cost effective. I am going to use this marinade on pork cutlets as well. "

Easy and good. I added a can of refried beans with green chiles (instead of cooking the beans)to the fried onions and garlic. I think she added some cheese to the bread and toasted it before adding the beans and another layer of cheese so that is what I did. "
