"Cooked this last night for my Dad's birthday, I pretty much followed the recipe except I added a bit of sugar to the carrots just to make sure they would glaze nicely, they I cooked for a bit longer, just making sure the carrots were cooked as we like them. Everyone loved the chili taste! Will make again! "
