Reviewed Homemade Chips

I've made these a number of times and they are fantastic!! I like to prep them in the morning to cook that evening so I only use about a 10 hour drink in the brine and they are still soooo flavorful. I also like to add a couple of tablespoons of my homemade jalapeno hot pepper sauce to the brine for some added kick. They're just great!! "
