"These were difficult to roll because they were too dry; probably, too much flour. I don't know why salt and pepper is even in the recipe since cheese and sausage is naturally seasoned and plenty salty. The flavor was okay, but I will probably adjust this recipe to my liking. Perhaps, cutting out a cup of flour or adding more cheese. However, "

"I have to agree with wannabechef... Chewy chicken does not make for a good salad. I shred a rotisserie chicken when I make it, now. Other than that... it is the BEST chicken salad. Try blending it all for a creamier salad like they serve in delis."
