This is a great mac & cheese recipe. Made it for new year's dinner and everyone loved it - especially the kids!! I did make a few changes: I only used one egg and I added a bit more milk. I used a 16oz bag of macacroni and that seemed like too much when I added the noodles to the cheese sauce. I probably won't use the entire bag next time.

OMG!! I have finally found the perfect cobbler recipe. I served this as dessert for new year's dinner and my guests absolutely loved it. Next time I will probably lighten up on the blueberries. I loved this dish. I love spicy food, but I think the recipe calls for a bit too much red pepper. I would cut back on the pepper if I serve it to guests. It also was not as thick as I would have like it to be so I added a bit more cheese.

I will be honest. I did not like cutting th corn off the cob. However, dish was a hit. Next time, I will try frozen corn.
