I thought it was a great recipe - but I did make a few additions. After reading the posts below I decided to add a dash of sriracha to the stuffing for more heat. I seared the chicken for a good 10-15 minutes but because the breasts were very thick, I baked it for 15 minutes at 350. For my sauce I added some mushrooms and white wine --- very tasty!...
