This is an awesome soup! I used the recipe as a base and made a few changes. I used a 16oz can of beer so decreased the chicken broth to 1 can. Used skim milk instead of whole and only about half the amount of cheese. I was still very rich and tasty. Also doubled the potatoes and added some leftover ham from Thanksgiving. I opted not to blend"
