Reviewed Pork-and-Pumpkin Chili
"My husband made this dish and it was DELICIOUS. I could eat this until I about keeled over and died of fullness. The pumpkin sour cream really made the dish - a great, cool contrast - and I made it with a higher pumpkin-to-sour-cream ratio than suggested, which made it even more pumpkiny and delicious.
I would definitely consider adding some rice or beans to thicken it up.
