My Activity

Reviewed Scrambled Eggs over Asparagus

"Yummy, and salt and pepper don't count. Pay attention, Houston ;-)"

May 24, 2011 on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed Pita Stuffed with Tabbouleh and Shards of Feta

"This is wonderful. Have made it more than once. For those who insist that this is not "authentic" tabbouleh - nowhere does she say it is. Get over yourself and enjoy the wonderful food!!!"

Reviewed Green Rice and Peas

"Very yummy. And before criticisms try reading the recipe. Says to serve warm or chill. So chill with the reviews."

Reviewed Weeknight Buttermilk Fried Chicken

"Interesting take on fried chicken. And can be oven baked if desired. Loved it. A take on a southern favorite. Thanks!"

Reviewed Homemade Butter

"I grew up on a farm and had forgotten how much better homemade butter is to store bought. Of course, we didn't have the mixer, just a churn. Or the little kids would roll the mason jar between them until it was butter. Thanks, Alex, for the tasty reminder."

Reviewed Coconut Orange Cashew Rice

"I thought this was tasty and different. I find it a little strange that the previous review would give it such a low rating just because she was having difficulties with cooking the rice! It took mine longer than 20 minutes but it was wonderful. You did cover it I hope."

Reviewed Double Fudge Bread Pudding with Chocolate Whipped Topping

"How on earth could this NOT be sweet enough. It has almost 2 cups of sugar in it for Pete's sake plus semi sweet chocolate plus bourbon. It is so sweet it almost made my teeth hurt. That's how good it was!!! Are you sure you followed the recipe?
