Reviewed Lentil Salad

I do not normally review recipes, however, I found that the red wine vinegar was very overpowering and definitely defeated all the work that went into making this salad. The lentils were amazing just as they were, coming out of the stock. I had added about a 1/2 cup of red wine to the cooking part, when they were finished after about 20 minutes "
