Reviewed Spicy Pork Roast with Rosemary Potatoes

"Super easy to make but tastes like you've really done a lot of work on the pork. My husband loved it the first time round. Two weeks later, when I asked him if he'd like me to make this again, he actually said "YAY!" About the sauce, I was not so crazy about it, hubby liked it. Also, I didn't use the whole seeds, just used all powder forms. They still came out great!

Reviewed Neely's Garlic Cheese Bread

"Per my husband's request, I made this for the Thanksgiving meal at my in-law's. Everyone LOVED it! So easy to make, yet so easy to impress people. No more frozen garlic bread, those don't even come close to this one!

Reviewed Apple Crisp

"It is just SOOOOOOO good! My husband is a huge apple crisp fan, while I am just so so about this dessert. When I see the Neelys' recipe, I know I have to give it a try coz they ALWAYS have good food. Very easy to put together. Smells great. We couldn't wait for that 10 mins for it to cool down, we had to jump on it within five mins it came out of the oven. As a matter of fact each of us finished two servings leaving the stomach full and satisfied. Definitely will make it again, especailly when there's company. Also, since we are not nut fans, we didn't put in any nuts, but it came out great still.

Reviewed Crimini Ragu with Spinach Crostini and Chicken Ragu with Whole Wheat Pasta

"Just made the chicken ragu and pasta for dinner. I wouldn't say it's the best Italian I've ever eaten, but it is definitely very nice, especially for something you can whip up for a nutritious weekday dinner within 40 mins (no way I can cook and multi-task as fast as Rachel. My picky hubby liked it, my 2-year-old kept asking for more. Our kid eats anything, but parents of picky eaters, this recipe hides the veggies nicely you can barely taste the onion and carrots. Definitely will cook it again, next time I'll add italian sausage and fresh mushroom to the ragu.

Reviewed Korean Grilled Chicken

"I had this Korean chili paste in my fridge forever and didn't know what to do with it. I used it in a stir-fry once and it came out so-so. When I saw this recipe from Bobby, I decided to give it another shot. And it came out great. So easy to make the marinade, it literally took me less than 10 mins. And another 15 mins on the grill, it's done! Easy and quick enough for weekday dinner.

Reviewed Beef Pops with Pineapple and Parsley Sauce

"This recipe is so easy to make, yet so delicious. The first time I made it, I did exactly what the recipe says, and it was awesome. Even my extremely picky husband said it was wonderful. The second time, I used the same mixture to marinate steak/mushroom/pepper, and made them into skewers. They came out so nice, my family was fighting over them. The third time, still the same mixture, this time I marinated chicken thighs and grilled them. They were still great and tasty. Seems like this mixture just goes with everything wonderfully. Definitely a summer must-try.
