"I don't usually give 5-star ratings because I almost always change recipes to my own taste, but this recipe was PERFECT. Really, you must try it - you will not be disappointed! My advice is to make it a day in advance - it's much more tasty after the chicken has marinated overnight! I served it over spaghetti and with garlic-rubbed ciabatta bread. Yum.
