OMG--the best cranberry sauce I've ever had! I subbed the walnuts with pecans and it was excellent. I didn't have Grand Marnier so I added a splash of the red wine I happened to be drinking! :) Left out the raisins for personal preference. Thanks Paula and Sons! Will definitely be making this again! "

AMAZING with slight alterations:
I used a 1 lb loaf of french bread--definitely more than 3 cups! Added 1 tsp cinnamon. Cut sugar to 1 1/2 cups. Used 3 cups half&half and 1 cup skim milk. Skipped the brown sugar/butter/pecan part altogether.
Sauce: sub Disaronno amaretto for brandy.
DELICIOUS!!!! Crowd pleaser!!!! Perfect...
