Reviewed Macadamia-Coconut Cookie
"These were super easy to make, but the recipe on here left a lot to be desired. There is no mention of the drizzle on top in this recipe on here and no mention of white chocolate chips at all, so I was lucky I had some in my pantry to use. I had to search reviews to find it and in the end I just ended up putting them right into the cookie and making it that way. I think this is a pretty sweet cookie, but it is good maybe next time I will use unsweetened coconut and maybe drizzle semi sweet milk chocolate to just balance it out. I also used softened butter not melted per the directions that came with the bag of cookie mix.

Reviewed Chocolate and Coconut Lace Cookies
"This is a great little cookie, you don't taste the coconut too much until after you chewed it and all the other stronger flavors fade out. It was fun and super easy to make. I don't think it was too much butter, mine were not chewy because I left them in and just watched them to they were just getting past the golden brown. I took the whole parchment paper off with the cookies still on it and they cooled super fast. The chocolate I made in a double boiler and it came out perfect. I think if you cook them for the right amount of time (might just need to babysit them) then they won't be too greasy or chewy and they will be perfect.
Overall I give it 4 stars it was a great little recipe but it didn't knock my socks off.
I would make it again ..maybe.
Reviewed Neely's Berry Shortcake
"I seen this the other day on their show and I have a 2 yr old who loves fruit, so I had to make it. I of course substituted the liqueur with regular pulp free orange juice and I used a tiny bit more then the recipe calls for as well as a little more honey but I stuck with the 1/4 cup of sugar and it came out amazing.
The whip cream was amazing as well, It was a HUGE hit.
Only thing I had trouble with was finding the sanding sugar, so I just used a lil regular sugar before baking then when it came out after I put a tiny sprinkle again of sugar and that worked out great.
I love the idea of using the can of biscuits, it was a nice short cut for me with 3 kids and yes the orange flecks are the butter if you get the ones that are butter biscuits.
Thanks so much we will definitely have this again!
