This was surprising delicious - especially since I'm not a big fan of slow-cookers. I used a 4-lb brisket (that would easily serve 6) and served over egg noodles. Easy to prepare and, since I trimmed excess fat from the brisket, there appeared to be very little fat in the wonderful sauce yet the meat was very tender and full-flavored. Loved the"
