Reviewed Sweet Potato Pie
"Yummy and easy to make! I even bought the pre-made graham cracker crust, which made it even easier! The only thing is I wish it had a bit more sweet potato flavor. Maybe the ones I used were too small... I'll add a little extra next time.
Reviewed Golden Ribbons Pasta with Zucchini and Tomato
"This is one of my favorite meals ever! So many flavors! DO NOT leave out any ingredients in this dish. The saffron definitely is expensive but I priced it at a few different stores and Trader Joes was by far the cheapest (about $5). Heirloom tomatoes can get expensive too but everything is totally worth it! This dish is easy to make, a crowd pleaser and impressive all at the same time! LOVE IT.
