This chocolate mousse was great! Big hit at the party, I did change a few things. Instead of using the espresso and rum, I had a bottle of Chocolate Whipped Vodka on hand so I used that( No kids at the party) I also used a bag of milk chocolate instead of the dark. This recipe is def. a keeper.""

I made this dish last night and it turned out great! I made a few changes. Instead of using Italian sausage I used Chourizo. I also added Littlenecks to the pot, after the opened I took them out and added the fish, after the fish was cooked I returned the littlenecks back to the pot. It was delish, will def. make again."
