"A very tasty and easy to manage recipe. I added 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms to the stuffing because my family loves mushrooms. This way we had extra to go with the leftover hen the next night. (There's only 3 of us.) I also took some of the left over drippings/broth and made an excellent gravy for potatoes. Thank-you for making this so easy and deli""

"My whole family loves it this way. I first found the recipe baking at 500 for 7min. with a quick shake of the pan to move the side up about half way through. You can put the whole marinade in a plastic bag, too, and have the spears sit in the marinade for 5 min. or more and then they will be ready to throw onto a grill or into the oven."
